Carla was fantastic to work with and very responsive despite that I travel a lot and was occasionally difficult to track down. The process went easier than expected, and without any unpleasant surprises. The only suprise was that the shipping occurred more quickly than anticipated -- so fast that my check for COD hadn't arrived at the destination (via US mail) yet, but Carla called me and within minutes we had it all worked out. Five stars.
