My first internet purchase and from a Florida dealer. Carla set everything up in a couple of hours. The drivers arranged the pick up with the dealer. I was not in a hurry, but things went smoothly (total time from order to delivery was about three weeks). I believe total drive time was about six days. Small hiccup on the delivery date when the car in front of ours in the trailer wouldn't start (some exotic classic) so they had to off load it first. Drivers were in constant communication and it worked well. Due to the delay, we switched the delivery site from San Francisco to Sonoma and they were waiting by the house when we got there. Car was immaculate and off loaded when we arrived. Jennifer and her husband had noted more flaws (small chips etc on the used allroad) then I could see. Very professional and thorough. Enclosed rig was immaculate. Would definitely use again.
