all contact was good. my only complaint is the pickup date. they give you an estimate within a 3 day period. they contacted us each day, but did not pick up until the 3 rd day. car arrived in excellent condition in about 4 days to my amazement. i would highly recommend them, but give your self extra time for the pickup, in case you are flying out etc.
