I was expecting the whole process to take two weeks or more and was very satisfied when we had the car in less than one week. I called on a Wednesday morning and by that evening they had a truck for us. The pick up was made the next evening. The only small problem came when the car was to be delivered. We received a call from the driver stating they would be delivering the car Tuesday but due to a problem with the truck the car didn't arrive until Wednesday night. Overall a painless experience.
