Bulldog Transport has never forced a payment on delivery without prior approval. We do not benefit financially from the cost of the carrier.
We did everything in our power to provide solutions and options so the vehicle would not be towed by the city. The delivery party, which is not our customer, decided $1550 was okay. Only then did we assign the carrier.
Everything that happen on delivery was due to the poor service from the carrier, but it was resolved by that morning. Vehicle was delivered undamaged and it never saw a terminal.
Although difficult, we did everything in our power to make this right. In the future, we recommend to schedule the shipment of a vehicle of this proportion with more time in advance to plan accordingly. Finding a carrier is not a problem, but we need to time to locate the best price and service.
