We had a bad experience with them the first time but was talked into giving them a second chance and guess what, same experience. NEVER AGAIN!! The first time, it was Bruce. This time,it was Brandon. Both times, we were given a quote. When it was nearing date for pick, we were told the price has gone up because we can't find a driver either 1. To take it for that low a price or 2. to come to/through that area. What is the point of 1. Quoting a pirce and 2. Having us sign a contract for said quoted price? They know you need your vehicle, so they really dont care. Then they are so rude, like they are doing you a favor for even doing their job. They talk over you and talk to you like you are stupid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! FIND ONE THAT WILL RESPECT YOU AS A CUSTOMER NOT JUST A NUMBER!
