I contacted Broadway Auto Transport last week. On Saturday and spoke again with Richard Wilson who swiftly sent a preliminary quote. He was very professional, polite, taking time to explain the process for the shipment of my vehicle. I knew I could trust him. After signing the contract, Richard swiftly organized a same-day pickup. A very pleasant, competent driver came on time as planned. Richard constantly updated us with the progress of the shipment and, to my surprise, the vehicle was delivered in Los Angeles on Tuesday morning. I consider this a record time. The service and communication overall has been fantastic. It was smooth, professional, polite and friendly. Very impressive. I highly recommend Richard Wilson and Broadway Auto Transport. Well done.
