I had been waiting 12 days for another carrier - Stateway Auto - to pick up my car. I had even moved the car several hundred miles for the other carrier to pick it up and they failed miserable at every twist and turn. The situation was beyond a joke.
I called Brightstar and 5 days later I had my car.
Iris and Vic were honest, responsive and got my car on the board for pick-up as soon as I canceled with Stateway.
Within one day I got a call the car would be picked up the next day. Not only that, but instead of the usual 5-7 days to get it from VA to NV, the expected time was 3 days.
They met the 3-day pick-up to drop-off window and got me back on my schedule with my car.
Thank you Iris and Vic! I really appreciate your honesty, speed and terrific customer service. I will definitely be using you again and recommending you to others! :-)
