Said no deposit but took deposit.
Changed quote from $375 to $400.
Car was picked up late.
Car was delivered late.
Car was damaged - left lights on, had to jump car during transport but turned battery on its side and all acid leaked out into car.
Upon delivery, we had to first give cash - then climb up on truck and roll the dead car off of the truck ourselves.
Not given any chance to inspect car - driver left us the minute that our car touched the ground.
Had to buy a new batter and clean a mess out of my car (battery is inside the car).
JM Towing was the contractor to Brightstar.
Brightstar advertises 100% satisfaction - not true.
Brightstar advertises GPS communication - not true.
Brightstar advertises 5 year minimum driver experience (This driver said that he had been doing this for 3 years).
Brightstar washed their hands of any liability.

1. Based on our first email to you and our first conversation, we stated no upfront deposits until we find you a driver. ( deposit was charged after we had a driver assigned). 2. Orignal quote was given 3 weeks prior to the shipment date. Based on our first email to you we said $375.00 is an estimated price. The price changed due to the fact that the shipment date was delayed. We have no control over how much the drivers want to transport a car. 3. Car was picked up 1 day after original pick up date. ( Based on our contract driver can pick up or deliver 2 days +/- the original dates. So the car was picked up and delivered on-time. 4. Car was delivered to the client. Final contract was signed by the client while the driver was there, agreeing that there were no damages done to the car. 5. JM Towing was the driver that Brightstar Transport used. 6. Brightstar Transport is an A+ rated company by BBB. 7. Brightstar Transport does have GPS Tracking system. 8. JM towing was Established in 2005. That makes it 6 Years of experience. 9. Brightstar Transport provided the client with all Insurance information regarding this shipment. The car had full insurance coverage for this Transport.
