Hello John! We are sorry to hear that you felt the service was not completed to agreement. As stated in our terms, carriers can only pick up/deliver from your specified address when it is safe and legal to do so. In the event that a location is not accessible, they try to get as close as conveniently possible. If the scuff did not rub off, you’d want to indicate that on the Bill of Lading to be submitted to insurance. If there is anything we can do to assist, please let us know!
