I have used BOLD once in the past, and came back when I was having issues with another company. They were able to get me on a truck the same day I contacted them for near my original quote from BOLD when I was shopping around a week or two prior. Marjorie not only checked in with me throughout the process, but was extremely helpful and super prompt with any offers and counteroffers for loads. BOLD was incredibly flexible with my own schedule the first time around, and their dedication to customer service will definitely keep me returning to them if I ever need to ship my vehicle again.
