Quote was one price, once I called to actually have them deliever vehicle they said price changed and was now 50.00 higher, once vehicle arrived price changed again.....raised another 50.00.
I waited where vehicle was suppose to be delievered at the time that they told me and after a very long time of just sitting there I called to check the status of where it was and they said it was never even picked up yet. ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE. They didnt even have the courtesy to call the customer. So please for all the people who read this take your money else where because this company doesnt deserve it. They should turn out the lights and lock their doors.

I called you and spoke with you about this review and you assured me that after our conversation you would update it to reflect the service. We contracted with you for a pick up two hours north of Syracuse, NY and headed to Pottsville, PA. Your first available date for pick up was the 14th of June.We scheduled it to be picked up on the 14th of June with the carrier service and you guy at the pick up did not answer his phone when myself or the carrier service called him. The next course of action is to wait and try again in the morning, which was done successfully and the car was picked up. As far as the price increase, it was at $250 and the carrier asked for $300. We called and verified it with you that the price was okay to increase by $50. You said that if the vehicle was to get moved it was okay and we dispatched the vehicle with a dispatch notice to you stating the increase and total COD as $300 which you accepted. There was not another $50 charged on delivery, and if the carrier service tried to pull that you had not only us but the dispatch sheet. Finally, what issues you had sound to be like it was from the carrier. If the driver told you one thing and delivered later than for that I am sorry to hear, but that is not the broker's fault. If you have a house built and the contractor messes something up are you going to call the real estate agent and yell at him because he sold you the property?
