On 8-28-2010 I accepted a quote of 475 dollars to ship my car from Benton Harbon , MI to Ellenwood ,GA. I spoke with the Blue star rep several times about the quote before deciding to go with their broker service with no mention of a different price that the 475 dollars quoted. So after further thought I decided to go with them I faxed the contract in to them and bam their representative who I spoke with several times before faxing in the agreement for 475 calls me to say they needed an additional 100 to get my car shipped. I asked her what happened with the 475 quote she stated that she miss quoted me and didn't know it until I faxed the agreement in but she said since she made a mistake would I be willing to pay an additional 75 dollars I said no I'd be willing to pay the 475 that she quoted. She then said that for 475 there was no telling if ever, or when my car would be picked up and delivered. So as of today i'm going to fly in and drive my car home I could've done it today but I relied to my detriment to let Blue Star get my car shipped thanks for nothing Ms. Julissa.
