Sent out an email a couple of weeks ago indicating that I needed to have a car moved from Ohio to Kansas City, Mo., out of all of my responses Jay of Bluestar Auto Movers emailed me immediately with a price the family could agree with and with what we felt to be a reasonable amount. Not only did he email me but he was the first to call me about my situation. We decided right away that Bluestar was the company we wanted to do business with and it was all because of Jay's quick response and the reasonable cost to move the car from Ohio to Kansas City, Mo. He was well informed and kind and very helpful. I told him we were still working out things with the car and just as soon as we had everything worked out I would give him a callback. I did and we took care of business from that point on. After the car was picked up and the time it took the carrier to deliver the car was done in a timely manner. The car arrived as the driver indicated and the car arrived in good condition. The driver was so kind as to tell me a couple things about the car, for example. He said the brake light might come on and if it does just lift up on the emergency brake pad and thr light will go out. He was exactly correct. He also indicated to me that the back driver's side door needed WD40 or something but that's what we used to help the door open much better. That's been done and all is well. I was very impressed with the driver being that knowledgable about the car being that he transports more than just one car at a time so that was a good sign of this company being a good carrier. Everything worked out well so my family and I wanted to compliment Bluestar and others for a job well done. Below you will see the statement.


Received car today (Wed. July 23rd). All is well. Thank you for choosing such a respectable young man and an excellent carrier. Please let the driver's boss know that this customer was very pleased with his service and with his good manners. Please tell Jay thanks for all of his hard work and please let Nicole know that I appreciate how she handled my situation. Lastly, you have an excellent customer service dept. just had to say that because there are lots of businesses whose customer service dept. is just awful. Thank goodness yours isn't. I always believe in complimenting those who deserve it. If I have to do this again anytime in my lifetime, I'll be sure to call Bluestar again. With warm regards, Rita Humphrey & Family.
