This was my 6th. move and always with a different company.

Before, the pickup times were always underestimated during the negotiation phase and delivery, well, whenever it would get there.

This is what I wrote recently to Blue Star:

Dear Blue Star:

Thank you for managing my sixth car shipment and in the best ever manner.

You picked it up when you said you would and most impressive, you delivered it on the day you said you would. From Philly to Los Angeles.

I call that a Hole In One!
