This was first time I used a transport company to move a classic car.For the most part I had a very good experience. The cost was reasonable, Bluestars rep was polite, pick up was within the 3 day window. The only negative was that I was told that there would only be one truck used to transport my car, when in fact there were two. When the car was picked up in IL I had someone take pictures and video or the car being loaded.

I was also told that it would take 2-3 days for the car to arrive in Oklahoma City. It took 5 days.
It was only after the car was picked up that I was informed that it would take up to 6 days for the car to arrive. I feel that it was a bait and switch.

This industry seems to have a lot of honesty issues.
I had a good experience and I WOULD use Bluestar again. The car arrived safely and there were no condition issues and the delivery drive was polite and friendly.

Thank you for the positive review! We certainly appreciate your business. Sometimes transit times change do to many variables. Customers have to remember that a truck is usually shared with 9 other customers and coordinating everyones schedule can be a daunting task. In addition, this time of the year, weather is major factor. Upon placing an order with us, the coordinators are trained to estimate the transit time based on statistics from previous orders. Honesty is key! We apologize that it did not make it within the 3 days that we estimated and we appreciate your understanding.
