Bluestar dispatched to us order #264876-EV which involved 20 trucks going from Eugene, Oregon to Tacoma, Washington for $4,500.00. We had a signed contract stating we were committed to the load. The following morning, we received notice that the customer had called them and cancelled that load. Bluestar expressed "how frustrated they were"..."they couldn't believe it". We thought it was strange and when speaking to the customer directly found out that Bluestar had LIED! The load was never cancelled, in fact 9 of the 20 cars had ALREADY been picked up! They had in fact dispatched it to another carrier and already had 9 on their truck! We called Bluestar back only to be told that they had no idea what we were referring to or how that could've happened since it had been cancelled...an obvious lie!! We lost over $4,000.00 in revenue and had already turned down as much in other runs after committing to this company and this load! They haven't made any attempt to correct this HUGE problem nor have even contacted us back. As a transport carrier ourselves, we know that cancellations happen and schedules have to change, but when the company directly LIES about it and cost us over $4,000.00 in revenue and never offers the truth or compensation, we cannot see how anyone could trust this dispatch cmompany even with a SIGNED CONTRACT! Not only did they make themselves look bad, but they threw the customer under the bus also by expressing how hugely frustrated they were with them for cancelling! Not sure about you, but WE WILL NOT do business with them! I caution anyone who chooses to. We were honest and would have appreciated such in return. In our eyes that is the only way to conduct business.

<b> THIS REVIEW IS FROM A CARRIER AND NOT A CUSTOMER Dust to Diamonds was issued a load (20 Units) on 5:30pm 1/2 hour before close of business on 12/18...the pick up was for 12/21...we canceled with them the following morning 12/19 at 9:27AM, 1/2 hour after opening. The load had been previously assigned to Summit Transport Solutions to begin loading on 12/18. The afternoon of 12/18 the contracting customer called in from the delivery end and advised that none of the units were picked up and her party had not been notified yet. We attempted to reach Summit but could not reach them to confirm that none of the units were loaded. To facilitate our client and taking her word that the units were still there, we reposted the load to obtain a new driver. That same evening after business hours the customer called and left us a message apologizing for the confusion as 9 of the 20 units were actually picked up and in transit to her by Summit. We immediately notified Dust to Diamonds that their services would not be necessary and canceled with them.
