These guys lied to me 4 times in 7 days, and whoever they contracted with to do the actual shipping was the most unprofessional, worst business I've ever dealt with. I'm two days past my promised delivery with no car, no ETA and the driver won't answer his phone or call me back. This was a $100,000+ car purchase from a supposedly reputable Lamborghini/Bentley dealer that referred me to Blue Star. I'm at the point of asking for my money back on the car. Ridiculous treatment for a service I paid $1100 for. I wouldn't trust these guys to ship a matchbox car across my yard.

There was only ONE day delay. We contacted the customer and the Bentley dealer to advise them that we will pick up the vehicle on 9/21/11 instead of 9/20/11. That is all. Two days after we delivered the 2008 Porsche 911 Turbo to the customer in the same condition we picked it up at. The only reason this customer posted this review is because we didn't compensate him for a ONE day delay.
