Still waiting for my truck

I purchased my vehicle through Ebay, from a company in Texas. I promptly paid for my truck and shipping, through them. The truck was not picked up, until 4 days later - giving me a quote of 7 DAYS (not business days) from the time of pick up, to arrive in New York. I am STILL watiing and was told that it was 'definitly' going to be 10 days (not 7), which would have been over this past weekend. Well, the weekend came and went and today, I'm being told that it will be Wednesday, at the latest. Well, I was still not getting any conformation and the dealership gave me the phone number to BlueBonnet. I called them today - only to find out my truck will POSSIBLY be here this coming weekend OR next week - they are not sure. That will be 21 days, from when this started, should it go till next week. Their answers were very much 'it's not my problem' and the same goes with the company that I purchased the vehicle from - as well as PAID them for the shipping. Their attitude is that 'they never had this problem with BlueBonnet and that I have to deal with THEM, b/c it's not their problem'. BlueBonnet is telling me it's not their problem also and I should deal with the company I paid...since they work for them.

How come, if you dont' get the money to them right way...that would be a problem? But once everyone gets paid, you cannot get a straight answer from ANYONE...........................and it's always the 'other persons' problem. A 7 day shipping, to a possiblity of 21 days (if I even get it then) is unacceptable. IF that's the case, i would have flew in and drove it back. This is absolutely unbelievable.
