Transport from MI to CA

I want to start by saying this is the first time in my life that I'm posting a review to the internet. I'm doing so because I believe transporting a car is one of those situations where you're committing a (relatively) large amount of money without even seeing the person you're doing business with. So you really have to trust tools like internet reviews.

I had my car transported from MI to CA. I gave two weeks notice prior to the "first available pick up date". At first I was a little suspicious because I heard nothing for a week. A few days before the date I got a call that the carrier will be ready either the first available day or the day after. The Driver came the day after, was very nice and professional. 5 days later the car was dropped off in CA. It had "traveling dust" on it but nothing more.

Cathy who coordinated the whole operation was very helpful. Even though she's a "one person show" she is available many hours (8am to 7 pm pacific time) and even if she doesn't answer right away she's always available.

Even though this wasn't the cheapest offer - it was well worth it.

To summarize it - an old fashion type of good American service - on time, no hassle, polite, professional and at a fair price.
