I just moved from Phoenix, AZ to Orlando, Fl and contacted Big Brother Auto Transport. I want to state, up front, that this was, by far, the most professional, prompt and courteous service I have ever experienced in my travels back and forth across the country. I've used other transport companies that got the job done, but Cathy from Big Brother treated me like a member of her own family and made sure that all my special needs and time frames were met. She pulled some major "rabbits out of the hat" in that I had a specific date I HAD to fly out and she arranged for a family member to pick up my car and release it to the driver a few days after I left. Not only that, but when the scheduled driver left her hanging, she immediately found another driver who picked up my car on the pre-arranged date and I got my car in 3 days!!! Amazing! Everyone I dealt with was courteous, friendly and had a great personality. They all kept me informed every step of the way as to what to expect and were right on the mark with the time of delivery. I highly recommend Big Brother Transport and have told my friends and family members that if they need a service such as this, Big Brother is the ONLY company to call.
