We recently moved from Santa Clara, California to Fort Collins, Colorado. Our biggest concern was to ship our cars, specially the convertible that we have loved driving over the years! After requesting a quote from a few vendors, and communicating with them via phone & emails for a week, we found that the Big Brothers Transport was quite personable to work with. They had a quick response time, a reasonable quote, and above all, honest answers to our questions. Our communication with Cathy went quite well.
On the day of the hand-over, we met the driver, Jay. We could tell Jay was experienced, and detail-oriented. Therefore, we had absolutely no hesitations in handing our convertible over! To our utter surprise, he actually brought the car to Fort Collins 2 days early, in the very same perfect condition!
We are just delighted to recommend Big Brothers Transport to anyone who wants to transport a car! They pull the worry and the fear out of your minds! Great quality work, Great customer service!
