I received a call from Don McDowell from Big Bends auto transport about transporting my truck from Arkansas to California, he told me they had a cancelation and would do it for $520, he then proceeded to ask for a down payment of 290 and rest due upon delivery, they were supposed to to show up today between 12PM and 4PM, no one showed up and no phone call, I called him and finally responded and told me he would call me back as to what happen to the driver, I never received a call back or email. I also requested an Invoice and he never sent one and told me the driver had that info., I would not use them and don't fall for paying them with Zelle or anything else, wont get your money back, I will be reporting them to the BBB and FBI scam business site. worst company ever.
