Do not believe the good reviews. Somehow the guy at the company convinced me that the bad review people were crazy. I realized later the bad review people were the only honest ones. My daughter was told it would be $290 total. I spoke with them myself three times and he said there would not be any other charges. Period. He sent us official looking documentation stating this. Three days later when the car was getting picked up, the driver called us and said he is not with big Ben’s company and that big Ben is just the company that sets up the transport. Big Ben called my daughter and said she forgot to sign a document and the doc u sign with the actual dollar amount was not visible to her. She signed the document but they had changed the number without telling her. The actual driver wanted $425 to deliver the car. Big Ben’s auto told us it was going to be 290 total. They charged our credit card 290 and also took the $425 cash so it ended up being $700. We did everything they asked for all at the Appropriate time. They absolutely lied to us even though we have multiple documentation showing that it would be $290 total. They changed the number without our approval so expect whatever dollar amount they tell you and multiply it by three. Complete liars.
