Absolutely horrendous customer service from Adam. He guaranteed I had a spot on a truck 12/31 (original pick up day was supposed to be 12/30, but ok). The dispatch called and said it would be Monday. I told them this was unacceptable and called Adam. He again said I was confirmed for 12/31. THEN Danny called me and asked why I wanted to change the pick up date??? I explained the situation, we hung up and he said that he would call me right back. No response. I have called them multiple times and asked them to cancel my order. Very dishonest and untrustworthy. Do not waster your time with these liars.
