This customer makes assumptions, there was nothing wrong with the transport of this vehicle, we even refunded the customer $25.00. It did take longer than necessary, but this was due to the railroad, not us.we as a broker cannot control the timing, we try, but have no control over the truckers or the rail.
The customer should be know based on the contract that we are a broker and have no control, that is why we have a disclaimer in paragraph #1, whreby we cannot guaranty pickup or delivery.
