i was pleased to find that this transporter was knowledgeable as to the transport business and afforded me his knowledge and helped me follow and track my shipment from the time of the pickup to the final delivery, it took 16 days in total, which was a little longer than estimated , but the car came in the same condition as when it was given to the transporter. mike the customer service representative was very helpful and respectful when contacted. i would recommend this transporter to my friends in the future.
