brfs sucks, never use again

well, i bought a car on ebay. took them 4 days to pick up. the company never called me to let me know when they picked up or what the delivery date would be. finally, a week later, get a call at 11pm. they asked if they could deliver at 12am. arrived 1:30 am. when they took car off the truck, they managed to break my steering wheel. they also lost my keys for the door and trunk. only had ignition key. they deny having the other key. very bad customer service. never returns messages. they don't even know where the truck is when you ask them!!!
