I chose Best Rate Auto Transport because Stefania sent me ONE well written email - she did not contact me repeatedly as some of the others did. I checked previous reviews and looked at the BBB site. Stefania was courteous and answered all of my questions - I was nervous about the entire process because the car was being transported to my college-student son in California. The car was picked up and delivered as scheduled on time. I would definitely use Best Rate Auto Transport again.
