I received quotes from various transporting companies to transport a newly purchased car from Santa Rosa, CA to Salt Lake City, UT. Best Rate Auto Transport came in with the lowest price and didn't charge a deposit until the car was to be picked up. After looking at many reviews online and checking the Better Business Bureau, I decided to book the transport with them.

Stefania was great to work with at Best Rate Auto. She gave me a 3-5 day window before my car was to be picked up. The dealership I bought the car from called me on the second day when no one had picked up the car and asked when it would be picked up. I called Stefania and left a message asking her if a trucker had picked up my order yet or not. She called back within two hours and said that she expedited my order and found a driver that would pick it up that day. To expedite it she gave up her booking fee! I thought that was absolutely amazing customer service!!

The trucker was in Salt Lake City, UT within two days. The car needed to be washed because it was transported with an open carrier but everything else looked perfect. Absolutely no damage at all.

I would never use a different carrier after dealing with Stefania at Best Rate Auto. They are honest, reliable, and have great transporting costs!!!
