After being pushed up against a deadline from a failed attempt from another company I called best rate not only were they able to accommodate my request but actually delivered one day ahead of my deadline. I made two calls in a week for minor concerns in which Stephania remedied and returned my call with a fix in no time. I had the option to contact the driver Dorian at all times ( he has a beautiful family) and delivery was seamless. I will definitely do business with Best Rate Auto in the future.
