I was completely pleased with this company with the exception of a mix-up upon delivery. I had called to ask if I could change the destination address (same town different address), which I could, and I called the driver to do so. However, after the driver confirmed and told me the car would be there early afternoon, on the day of delivery, the driver did not arrive until 9pm and still delivered to the original address (when we said no one was there he came to the other address). So not a big deal compared to horror stories I've heard about transporting vehicles, but just a small annoyance.
