Placed an order on 4/26/2012 to have my Dodge Ram 1500 picked up before 5/08/12 or 5/09/12. Didn't hear anything from them for a week until I called and asked what was up. Still, another week went by and nothing. Emailed them on 5/10/12 and gave them 72 hrs or I was gonna cancel my order as the days I needed my truck shipped had past. I received an email stating that they found a truck for me, and waived their broker fee, however it did not lessen the price I had to pay the driver. I still had to pay him $575. They should have been here to p/u my rig on Saturday (5/12/12) or Sunday (5/13/12) at the latest. Those days came and went, then I get a txt msg from Neil ( Carrier driver) stating that he would be here to p/u on Mon (5/14/12) between 3-4 pm. He arrived and gave me a call and I met him next door to my APT complex (3:30pm). Everything from there went smoothly minus my truck was almost TOO big to fit his trailer. Delivery was made to my parents driveway on time with absolutely no damage. Big kudos to Neil and his wife from Xtreme Auto Carrier Inc. They were very professional and pleasant to work with.
