The driver was all friendly and fine during pickup. I even gave him a good tip during pickup. But later he claimed to have mechanical issues and delayed dropoff. His alternative was for us to drive 45 mins out and pick the car - at late night! Anyways that didnt happen. Finally when he did arrive he gave 15 mins notice during peak office hours! He was supposed to call us 3 hrs in advance. And in the end he ACTUALLY asked for extra money than was in the contract! He refused to let us have the car if we did not pay up! In the end we HAD to pay the extra cash. Won't be using these guys again! That's for sure!
