I scheduled my transport to take place close to Easter, and Bears told me up front that the shipment might be delayed because of that. There was a small delay in delivery because of that weekend, which was expected. Bears did a great job of keeping me informed and up to date as to when the car would be delivered, and they were wonderful to work with. Fair, honest, trustworthy, friendly, & professional!
There was rainy weather when the car was being shipped, so the car did show up pretty dirty from road grime, but that's beyond the control of the delivery service. The car was well taken care of by the driver, and he went out of his way to make sure I got it as quickly as possible once the truck arrived in town! I was very happy with Bears as a transport service and I would not hesitate to use them again.
