I visited a web site which offered me five estimates to ship my daughter's 2002 corolla from Indiana to Los Angeles. I received a call at home from Liz. She let me know she was interested in my business and suggested I look at reviews of the companies that had bid for the job. I received my five bids, had another quote from a company my daughter had found on the net, and also had the name of a company we had seen hauling on the interstate near our home. I am glad I followed Liz's advice and looked at the companies ratings on transportreviews.com. The best price was from the company my daughter had found. Their rating was inferior and their reviews were terrible. Two companies stood out and Bears beat the other quote by $100. I called Liz and she walked me through the process. She had some trouble finding a hauler who wanted to come to my little town. After a day or so she found a carrier who would come to Ft. Branch , but they wanted an extra $50 for the service. I said go ahead and we were able to make the delivery in my required time frame. Yesterday I received a call from my daughter. The car had been delivered. She wanted me to know the delivery was timely, the car was in good shape, and the driver was pleasant to deal with. If I have to ship a vehicle in the future, Bears will be considered for the job.
