The service was great in particular the customer service rep, Liz, was excellent. Liz took the time to explain the the transportation process to me in addition to patiently answering all my questions. My SUV was picked-up promptly at the scheduled time, the driver was very courteous and professional. He was even patient enough to allow me conclude a brief errand I was running. My vehicle was scheduled to arrive in San Diego 7 days after pick-up but it arrived 4 days early! I would definitely recommend and use Bears transport whenever I need to transport my vehicle.
