For a change it's nice to deal with a company that does what they say they will do. Everytime I have used Bears Transport (5 times to date) they have picked up the auto the day they said they would, twice they arrived earlier than they quoted. My customers vehices have always been drop off on time with no problems. I don't think of calling any other companies when I need to ship a car or SUV. The customer service is excellent. (when i call i don't have to explain what a CL550 is)
