Liz from Bears Transport was SUPER!! She found a carrier for us within a couple days of our earliest available pickup date. Our pickup truck was picked up from PA and was delivered 4 DAYS later to our son’s house in AZ. Liz is very pleasant to work with and very prompt getting the order placed and executed. She stayed in constant communication with us and provided numerous updates. The driver Eduardo was wonderful & a true professional…in a snowy, icy area we received a call from his wife that there would be a slight delay (maybe two hours); about an hour later the transport arrived. FABULOUS from start to end.


Prior to signing with Bears transport we had contracted another transport company …for two months little to no contact…making appointments for pick up that never happened …no updates, no communication unless we initiated it; voicemails that were unanswered. Even now fighting to get our deposit refunded.

Bears Transport was the complete opposite…so incredibly awesome...if we ever need a car transported again, we will definitely call Liz. We are EXTREMELY PLEASED with our experience. Liz turned our nightmare into a dream. We, including our son are happily recommending Bears to all our family and friends.
