I liked them because they always answered the phone, got back to my emails right away, NEVER gave me a run around, and the lady on the phone really had a handle on things- I would call and she'd give me an update right away.
After a HORRIBLE experience with U-Ship I decided to spend the extra and use a real trucking company. But in reality these guys were not much more than U-Ship, they're bonded, insured and used a good driver that helped my wife with the delivery. Yuri the driver with FORTH WAVE TRUCKING was a nice clean young guy and actually waited a few hours for my wife to come home from work.
Anyhow, I would tell my friends/family to call Bears. Great to deal with.
(Oh, yea, and of course the truck arrived on time without any damage when they said it would)
