This was a military move and as such, dates were not known until the last minute. Bears Transport was able to work with us on those dates and get the pick-up and delivery done quickly. In conversing with Bears Transport, I found customer service to be polite and honest, as well as understanding regarding our circumstances. I spoke with many other companies when considering who to ship the car with and found that I felt the most comfortable with Bears. I am glad I listened to my gut feeling and paid just a little more to go with a very competent company. This was my first experience shipping a car, and I am very pleased to say that Bears Transport made it as easy as possible while helping me to understand the various "working parts" involved. I will call them, and only them, the next time the military moves us and will, without hesitation, recommend them to others who are making their moves. Thank you Bears!
