I had a great experience. I had seen other stories on-line about low quotes and then nobody ever picking up the car. Liz walked me through the process on our first call and answered all of my questions. She kept me informed as the process when forward - the pick-up was prompt, the delivery was on schedule, the price was what was quoted. The whole things was easy. I would use them again.
