Overall I had an excellent experience with Bears Transport. Their agent was, professional, courteous and very responsive. She fulfilled all of our agreements and her follow-up and coordination were outstanding.

There was an increase in the original quote, by $50.00. However I most likely could have avoided this, but I was unwilling to take a chance on waiting for another carrier to accept the original price. Given that I had a small, one-time window to accomplish the transport; it was worth the $50.00 to conclude the deal.

The agent was very apologetic, even though it was MY decision to not wait for another carrier and she actually lowered her portion of the fee and used it to meet half-of the carriers, requested price.

I would highly recommend this company and would use them again should the need arise.
