Cehicle was a 2007 mustang transported from Dallas Texas to Tudcson Arizona, Was picked up almost 9 days before I ever heard from them, they did not communicate with me untill I finally was able to get ahold of a live person. Vehicle was deleverd filthy dirty so as to hide damage to p[aint during transport. Vehicle had a set of rear louvers on back window, at some point lovers came loose and damamged back of car not to mention tore louvers apart. Compnay say louvers were loose when car was picked up however I was not told this when I was contacted. When car deliverd driver just said car damaged in route, we are not responsible tuff luck. When compay contacted basically same attitude of car damaged in transport tuff luck, Over 2800 dollars in damage to the paint and back of ca. Company suuposed to be insured to cover this however but said it was tough luck.
