Stop while you canI booked my pick up over a month ago for 12/29/20. Received a text for pick up window from 4-6 the day before and was told the driver would call me before. Driver texted he might not be able to pick up my cars because three other cars in my area were not ready. He would come in the morning. Never said what time. I called and texted my broker Beverly hundreds of times to find out what my window would be, no response until the following early afternoon. She apologized and said she will fix it. She had two trucks that could pick them up. Well it’s now 5:29pm and I had to reach out to her to find out what was the status. The update was there is still nothing. The communication is horrible. This gave me such a headache. I still don’t have anyone to pick up my cars. I had to rearrange my schedule for both days. They get a big fat 0!!! Check BBB complaints all over. I guess I didn’t do my homework. I know for next time. ! Like I said run before you make the same mistake I did.
