My car was scheduled to be picked up on a Friday between 5 and 6 pm. I called on Thursday to confirm and was assured it was on schedule and that I would receive a call from the driver an hour before. The carrier canceled sometime Friday but did not notify anyone. We waited all night but did not hear from anyone. Saturday morning I could not get anyone on the phone because Move Wheel’s was closed. Our flight was on Tuesday morning and Move Wheels did not find another carrier before we flew out. I had to leave my keys with a friend and when they finally found a new carrier but the price had gone up $300 dollars! Fortunately we were staying at the delivery destination for 2 & 1/2 weeks because my car was a week and a half later than originally promised.

Unfortunately things happen that are out of our control and the carrier company that was assigned had to cancel. We are sorry to learn you are unsatisfied with service and appreciate your time to share your experience.
