First time ever doing this and all I can say is: THANK YOU JANE MOORE! I just got my beautiful BMW shipped from Florida to Mass. I was getting flooded with messages from different brokers, prices were either way more than I can afford, or too good to be true and my car just sat waiting. I was contacted via text by Jane, I told her my budget, and she said she will see what she can do. I got a text the next morning (Saturday) saying she found a high-rated carrier who could pick up my car by Monday and delivered Wednesday (today). I booked it, and within about 5-10 mins I got an e-mail with the actual carrier info & his phone number if I had to contact the driver directly. Im not going to lie, at first it sounded too good to be true, and I was expecting to pay a deposit and then end up waiting a week for the carrier to actually show. WRONG. Carrier ended up picking up the car on Tuesday (yesterday) because Florida had a ridiculous amount of rain on Monday, but somehow the carrier managed to get the damn car from FL all the way to MA in about 32 hours and delivered on time. Just got my new toy home about 2 hours ago and Im stoked. Its tough when you read alot of conflicting reviews online. My empathy goes out to anyone who didnt have the most pleasant experience.. but this was absolutely FLAWLESS. What I found awesome was that apparently all brokers have access to the same central dispatch boards... but somehow Jane found me a carrier while I was still on hold with other brokers. She definitely must have put some extra effort into actually FINDING me a carrier and uses other resources than just putting up a posting and waiting for someone to call her. She also answered all of my texts promptly and responded to any questions/concerns I had, rather than just ignoring me after I paid the deposit. (Also note: They didn't actually CHARGE my card until the carrier showed up and loaded the car). Thanks again for making my 1st experience a memorable one, cant wait to register my new toy tomorrow lol.
