Words cannot express how Beverly surpassed my expectations for incredible customer service... but I'll try: I've been looking for a transport service since November 2017. Good thing it was a slow process because I wouldn't have come across her! Firstly, she spoke to me like a human being. Many people I had spoke to in the past spoke to me in such a robotic manner. Also, I disliked how many brokers I spoke to (at other places) were just trying to force a sale out of me. It was so obvious all they saw were dollar signs! But with Beverly, it wasn't the least bit like that. I [seriously] had 1000 questions/comments/concerns to ensure the entire process was to my family's standard... and I felt horrible to bombard her with them. Nevertheless, she answered EACH and EVERY question/statement with calmness, great detail, and in a timely manner! It's not easy to trust someone with your possessions, especially a vehicle that's still operable. Not only has she earned our trust, but you gained a customer for life thanks to her! My family has already asked me to save her contact information for any future needs. (I don't think I'll ever find someone as timely as her... being timely is a courtesy most fail to have these days in customer service). I definitely will save her contact info and spread the word to those around me! Even the drivers I met were really great (I'm not sure if she got to pick them). It was a 12/10 experience and I couldn't help but share it, especially for those who may be dealing with robotic service
