BT Express must be congratulated for ensuring that the words cheap and nasty stay firmly together. A very expensive dial a liar service is all they are in reality. Put your hand on your wallet, back slowly away to the door, then run. All the tactics mentioned by the other genuine (i.e. not entered by BT and therefore negative) reviews were used, plus a new one concerning a drivers alimony settlement somehow being an excuse. After four months of stories about no transports travelling to the east coast - that's right the US trucking industry closed down for the last four months according to Chris (Surname would not be supplied), Lance, et. al. - snowstorms, etc. the order has been cancelled. Next stop, fraud squad.
