BEWARE: NEVER USE BT AUTO!!!!

BT Auto is by far the worst company I have ever come in contact with. They are very very dishonest and if they do pick up your car you will be lucky to recieve it in one piece. I found them from a site that I had contacted, and they contacted me via email with a pretty reasonable quote. We set everything up, I picked a day my car woud be available they agreed to pick it up 5-7 days after that date and the charge would be a 160.00 deposit. Upon pick-up they would recieve the remaining balance of 600.00. It is inexcusable that they charged me the full amount of the car transport, and they never picked up my car. I called the last day before I left to see if they would be getting my car and they told me they had not scheduled a carrier to get my car. I asked them what they wanted me to do and I was told leave my key outside. (my car key) Nevertheless, I canceled my order and I was promptly told it would take 7-10 to refund my money and then I was hung up on. They are very very rude you will come to find. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and I was told that no manager was on duty. In fact every time I have called they tell no manager is in nor the owner, makes me wonder who is running the company. I should have known something was going to go wrong because days before they were supposed to pick-up my car LANCE contacted me and asked me if I was willing to pay 100.00 more to have my car taken in a closed carrier by a guy who was in my area. He gave me this story about how usually its 500.00 or more for the closed carrier but the guy was in a rush and needed one more car. He further tried to convice by saying "oh your car will be safer" and so on and so forth. I declined because they had already charged me the full amount when they weren't supposed to until after pick-up of my car, and Lance told they would have someone out within the week. No one ever called or came!! BT Auto Transport is a terrible company, they flake out on you, take your money, and they are a huge inconvience. I would not recommend the company no matter what quote they give you. The peoiple that answer their phones are rude and they DO NOT take their job seriously. Had I known any of this I would have never choose BT Auto. Buyer BEWARE.
